Savas Logothetides , Principal consultant

Savas G. Logothetides, the principal consultant of Wise Owl Consulting, is an entrepreneur having opened and operated seven businesses in hospitality, real estate, and consulting.  He is also the current Executive Director of the Pottsville Area Development Corporation which facilitates economic development in the City of Pottsville through loan underwriting, technical assistance, grant writing, financial management, and event coordination.  Savas has built significant partnerships at the local, state, and federal level in his seven years as an entrepreneur and community developer.  The relationships he has built with elected officials and entities such as USDA, DCED, Keystone Communities, ARC, SBA and other local organizations has helped him achieve outstanding results in both the private and public sector.

Savas also serves as the current 1st Vice Chair of the Schuylkill County Chamber of Commerce, strategic planning committees for Pottsville Area School District and Schuylkill Technology Center, and the technical director for Pottsville Area Youth Soccer Association.  He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science.  He is the 2018 Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year and a 2019 Graduate of the SBA’s Emerging Leaders Program.

Emma Sacco is a driven and accomplished media professional with a passion for sports communication and production. With a Bachelors degree in Sports Media from Susquehanna University. Emma has a solid foundation built through various internships and leadership roles, they have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work. Emma is a dynamic media professional with a passion for sports communication and production. With experience in internships and leadership roles,  she excel in organizing player footage, co-producing podcasts, and contributing to live gameday productions. Emma’s expertise extends to commentary, broadcasting, and social media management, making them a versatile asset in any sports media setting. As a leader in the Association for Women in Sports Media, she have demonstrated strong organizational skills and a commitment to expanding membership and engagement. With a track record of excellence, Emma is poised to make a significant impact in the media industry.

 Denise Klinger, Project Manager for Wise Owl Consulting, has a diverse background in the Financial industry and Business Plan writing for small business to large corporate companies.  Her career, after graduation from the University of Delaware, began with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City, as a Credit Analyst.  Interpreting the intricate nature of Company’s financial solvency to service debt repayment through cash flow analysis and projections to identify corporate strengths and weaknesses for Businesses.  Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Commercial Loan Officer where she managed over $50 million in financing to new and existing clients for working capital and long term financial needs.  

Continuing in the area of finance, she obtained Series 7, 63, 65 and Life & Accident Health and was a Financial Advisor for Wachovia Securities, managing over $25 million in client assets.  

Later, her career path led her to teaching young aspiring entrepreneurs students how to create and sustain their own businesses through the YEA Program at Penn State.  

Denise is a forward thinker and avid supporter of progressive community strategies.  She has strong organizational habits, attention to detail and people skills, allowing her to manage successful projects.
